We are prioritizing the health and safety of our team and our customers, and getting orders out as quickly as we can. With additional measures in place with sanitizing and limited number of staff in our factory. There are however, things out of our control that we are experiencing because of the global pandemic.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Unfortunately shipping has been impacted by the global issues beyond our control, and thus has caused delays all round.
We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can moving forward, and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times.
Stock and Pre-orders
Due to the global lock downs in certain countries from which we purchase our stock, means that we are unable to restock many of our collections as quickly as we would like. With some of the restrictions now easing in some countries, we are doing everything we can to restock as quickly as possible.
However some of our manufactures have had to shut down to ensure the health and safety of their workers, some have re-opened and some have not. And now they, and in-turn we, are experiencing the backlog whilst they slowly begin manufacturing and production.
We have opened many of our collections to pre-order so you are able to purchase and secure your order, to avoid disappointment of items being 'Sold Out' once they arrive and are re-stocked
Dispatch / Couriers Australia Wide Orders
We work hard to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. We have experienced some delays all round with couriers and ask that you please be patient with the courier and postal services that are carrying your orders. Tracking is provided at the time of dispatch and offers at ETA. We are only able to open inquiries once the ETA time frame has been exceeded.
Please also note that for hygiene reasons these services now only offer contact-less delivery and your parcel will be left on your premises. If you have somewhere in particular that you would like your parcel to be left, please note this at the time of checkout or it will be left to the delivery drivers discretion.
As listed in our 'terms & conditions' We take all care when packaging our products for a safe journey to its new home, and use reliable courier services, However we are 'not responsible' for the transit of products, and are not liable for lost parcels, delays, delivery damage or breakages during transit
International Shipping Delays
We have found International shipping has been hit hardest, with lengthy delays on deliveries. Due to now stringent parcel checking and quarantine, parcels can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to arrive.
