Returns Policy
Sun Republic prides itself on curating products of the highest quality. In the event that you request a refund, return or exchange please read our Returns Policy below.

Sale / Clearance / Discontinued Items 
There are no refunds or returns available on 'Sale, Clearance or Discontinued' items. Sale, Clearance and Discontinued items are discounted items and are not eligible for return/exchange or refunds. Proceeding with purchase means you agree to these terms and conditions 

Refunds
There are no refunds or cancellations on Pre-orders or Furniture items.
Before ordering, please ensure you have read the description carefully as well as our terms & conditions in relation to Furniture pieces & pre-orders. If these conditions do not suit you please do not order.

Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately. Please email us a photograph and details of the product fault, for our team to access

Please note that the majority of products are handmade from natural materials which gives them a unique look and feel. Beads, timbers, grasses, cottons, dye's and timbers are natural products are not identical and will will have 'handmade characteristics' Our seagrass items wall hangings and shell décor are all individually handmade and slight variances in shape and size occur from piece to piece. Alang Alang (Seagrass) pieces are a natural grass and thus have a greenish tinge when first made. As these pieces dry out they become more of a natural brown colour. No two pieces are identical.

We list our products with an approximate size, we have taken from stock at time of listing. Naturally occurring variances in the product such as colour variations, wood knots, minor splits or cracks in timber are part of the character of the product and are not deemed as product faults, they are unique individual pieces. 

Credits or replacements can be arranged for 'faulty goods' on a case by case basis as long as we are notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. If a product is clearly deemed faulty or not as described, and has been approved for return we will arrange for the item to be replaced, store credit or refunded

Refund and/or replacement exchanges are only considered if the product is 'clearly deemed faulty'
If an item has been approved for exchange or replacement, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement, as all products are unique. 
Exchanges and refunds are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of sale.
A credit note will be offered in the event we do not have another item in stock.
 
In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, customers must e-mail hello@sunrepublic.com.au
Goods must be returned at the customers cost to our factory, in their original condition with all parts/accessories, and must be unused. 

We are not responsible for how each customer handles, displays or uses their items. Please see our SR care pages if you are unsure on how to care for your item, or contact us via email.

We are not responsible for, and do not refund lost or damaged parcels. Please refer to our shipping tab for more information.

We do not accept returns or refunds for Change of Mind, and/or disliking an item you have received, (I.e Does not suit your home or Gift, item lighter or darker than image on website) or if you have not read the product description correctly. So please ensure you read the description and understand the 'term & conditions' and contact us with any questions before purchasing. If these terms & conditions do not suit your requirements or time frame, 'please do not purchase'  

We do not Refund, Pre ordered, Furniture pieces, Sale or Clearance items, Candles or Dried/preserved Flowers!

Pre Orders
** A pre order is an order placed for an item that is currently 'Not in stock', or an item that has 'Not yet been released ** 

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.

All items marked or listed as pre-order can be purchased in advance, and your order will be fulfilled and dispatched to you upon arrival of stock or product release. This can be anything from 6 - 16 weeks.
An approximate ETA is provided on pre-orders, if this does not suit your time frame, 'please do not purchase the item'.
The ETA is as accurate as possible given to us by our manufacturers and shipping carriers and can change without notice. Please take into consideration that these time frames are an 'estimate' only, many of our manufactures are based overseas, International and customs can be unpredictable, delays do occur due to circumstances out of our control.

All orders are dispatched as a whole, so if you purchase an available item with a pre-ordered item, the available item will be sent when the pre-ordered item arrives

If you wish for the available item/s to be shipped separately, please contact us to arrange. An additional shipping charge will occur for the additional shipping.
As most of our beautiful Sun Republic pieces are individually made and handcrafted by our artisans, our pieces are unique and take time to make. We have suppliers both locally and internationally and endeavor to supply you with your beautiful Sun Republic item as soon as we can.

Furniture
There are no refunds or cancellations on Pre-ordered items or Furniture pieces.
Before ordering, please ensure you have read the description carefully as well as our terms & conditions in relation to Furniture pieces & Pre-orders. If these conditions do not suit you please do not order.

We do try to work with our customers on a case by case basis, may we ask why you wish to cancel your order ?

We do pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to work with our customers on a case by case basis. If you do find yourself in a situation where you require to cancel you pre order or Furniture piece for an unforeseen reason, we do appreciate that circumstances change, and are happy to discuss.
In the event we accept your cancellation, a restocking and administration fee will be charged (20%) and a store credit given
