If your goods arrive faulty, we are more than happy to offer an exchange on unused and undamaged faulty items that still have the tags and original packaging.
Refunds and or exchanges are provided if the product is clearly deemed faulty.
We do not accept returns for Change of Mind, please ensure you read the description and contact us with any questions
As products are unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacementPlease understand the shells, beads, feathers, colours, cottons, dye's and natural products etc are not identical, as most items are 'handmade' and are unique individual pieces.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and is refunded if clearly deemed faulty. Items can not be returned or refunded if they have been used, worn or damaged after receiving.
We take all care when packaging our products for a safe journey to its new home, and use a reliable courier services, However we are not responsible for the transit of products, and are not liable for delivery damage or breakages.
1. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of sale.
2. As products are unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement for any exchanges. A credit note will be offered in the event we do not have another item in stock.
3. In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, customers must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be un-used.
