We ship using reputable Courier Services, with 'Signature and Authority to Leave' parcels unless otherwise stated.

If your parcel is not able to be signed for or left in a secure safe location, it will be returned to the courier depot and rescheduled for delivery. If your parcel is still unable to be delivered by the courier company, your parcel will be returned to us.

We will contact you for re delivery and send you an invoice for the delivery fee.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size and the weight of your purchase and are governed by the shipping agent.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers . 

If your order includes Pre order items', the order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock, unless otherwise arranged

Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days unless the item is available for pre-order which will be stated on the listing.

Please note during 'Sales and peak periods such as Christmas', due to an influx of orders, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for dispatch of orders.

We take all care when packaging and shipping our products for a safe journey to its new home, however we are 'not responsible' for the transit of products, and are not liable for delays, delivery damage or breakages during transit, lost or stolen parcels.

COVID-19 Update: Due to the increased demand on delivery providers (reduced flights, lockdown restrictions, border closures etc) you may experience delivery delays. Our courier companies are working as fast as they can to get your parcels delivered

We recommend: keeping track of your parcel’s movements via the tracking page and tracking number sent to you. You can also get help and make direct inquiries about your delivery

Sydney metropolitan- up to 3-4 days

Melbourne metropolitan- up to 4-6 days

Brisbane metropolitan- up to 4-6 days

Adelaide metropolitan- up to 6-8 days

Hobart metropolitan- up to 6-8 days

Perth metropolitan- up to 8-10 days

Darwin metropolitan- up to 8-10 days

Please note- the above windows are estimates only, and there may be times when orders are delivered outside of these time frames. For remote, regional and rural areas, your order may take slightly longer

If you are in a remote location, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product(s) you ordered. Shipping ETA are provided from the courier company and unfortunately this is out of Sun Republic's hands, We do our best to dispatch in a timely manner, however once dispatched we are at the mercy of the courier companies.

International shipping is calculated based on your location, size and weight of your goods by our shipping carriers and can take anywhere from 10 working days to 3 weeks

All orders are inspected and packed within 5-7 business days once payment has cleared ready for pick up 
Sun Republic is a small family business and not all items are kept in our warehouse. Due to sizes and space required, some of our larger furniture pieces may be ordered from our supplier once your order is placed with us, so please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcel/Items 

All care is taken when packaging our products for a safe journey to its new home. We take every precaution to ensure that your item is shipped safely to you, however we are 'not responsible' for the transit of products, and are not liable for delivery damage or breakages.

All Sun Republic items are inspected and in tact and 'New' full working/saleable condition before they are packaged and dispatched.

Shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for lost boxes/parcels and/or packages or goods/items damaged or broken in transit.

** Always check your goods before signing with the courier! **
If your parcel was left at you premises, and upon opening your order you find your items damaged, take photographs and contact the courier company immediately.

If you receive a package that looks in poor condition with possible damage, please report it to the delivery person you are receiving the package from and take a photo of the condition of the package immediately, before they leave your house. Once it is signed for and or left at your home it is an acknowledgement that you have received the items in good condition!

Please take care when un-packaging your items. We are not responsible if you accidentally drop, cut, tear, break, damage your items or accidentally throw something away with the discarded packaging. (IE: hooks, screws or smaller delicate items such as key-rings or shells.

If you have received a parcel/item damaged in transit you can raise a 'Damaged parcel claim' via your tracking number direct with the courier/freight company who delivered your parcel, or contact us via email and we will raise on your behalf.

You will need to provide your full name, address, tracking number, photos of your damaged item/parcel, description etc

Claims can only be made within 48hours of you receiving and or signing for your item.

If the courier/freight company approves your claim, both parties (you, the customer, and us, the supplier) will be notified of the outcome, and a replacement may be sent or store credit applied
