Furniture Timeframes

At Sun Republic, we prioritize quality and ethical craftsmanship over mass production. Our furniture collections are crafted in collaboration with local and international artisans, ensuring each piece is unique and timeless. To minimize environmental impact, most of our furniture is made-to-order, reducing excess stock and waste.

We operate primarily on a pre-order model, with an estimated production and delivery timeframe of 12-16 weeks. While we maintain limited stock of certain items, pre-ordered furniture allows us to offer custom-made pieces with the care and attention they deserve.

Furniture Shipping

At Sun Republic, we aim to make your furniture delivery as smooth and convenient as possible. Please note that shipping costs are calculated separately from product prices. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Australia-Wide Shipping
We provide Australia-wide shipping on all our collections, ensuring our products are accessible to customers across the country.

Furniture Delivery
For all furniture, oversized pendants, floor pots, and mirrors, a separate shipping invoice will be issued after checkout. We compare freight options to provide you with the most competitive and cost-effective shipping price for your location.

Shipping Costs & Variables
We work with an efficient logistics system that ensures the best available carrier for your area. While shipping costs for large, oversized and heavy items can be higher, we continually work with our delivery partners to improve service and reduce costs. Shipping costs depend on factors like distance, speed, weight, size, and carrier pricing. These costs & variables are outside our control, but we always strive to secure the best rates for our customers.

Furniture and large items are delivered to your door. In some cases, deliveries may arrive on a pallet, and assistance may be required to move these items. We recommend having someone on hand to help with larger items.

Direct Payment to Carriers
Shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are not included in the product price. These fees cover the logistics of safely transporting your order from our warehouse to your location.

Pre-Ordered Furniture
Pre-ordered furniture may take up to 16 weeks for delivery. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, shipping may be delayed until all items are available. Additional charges apply for split deliveries.

At Sun Republic, we are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and satisfying as possible. We offer free shipping on homeware orders over $250 within Australia. However, this excludes furniture, concrete collections, and large fragile items like oversized pendants, floor pots, and mirrors. For these oversized or fragile pieces, a separate shipping invoice will be sent after checkout.

Please ensure you review the product descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. Essential details about shipping, policies, and product care are available on individual product pages and under 'Important Links' in the website footer.

Please note, certain items such as bed linen, body products, and dried flowers are non-returnable, and all sale/clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discounts and promotions are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

All furniture purchases are final and non-refundable, with manufacturing and dispatch lead times of up to 16 weeks. We do not offer international shipping for furniture, and availability may vary as we carry limited stock.
