At Sun Republic, we prioritize quality and ethical craftsmanship over mass production. As a small business, we work with local and international artisans to create unique, timeless pieces. Our furniture collections primarily operate on a pre-order model to reduce environmental impact.

For inquiries about product availability, shipping, or custom pieces, please reach out to us. While we keep limited stock, most furniture items are pre-ordered with an estimated turnaround time-frame of between 8-12 weeks.

Please note that furniture items require additional freight charges, separate from any checkout calculations. Free Shipping is available for homeware orders over $200, excluding Furniture, Concrete collections, Large/Bulky, and Fragile items like large Pendants, Floor Pots & Vessels, due to their unique shipping requirements.   

We strive to provide you with the most competitive shipping costs using reputable freight logistic partners. Shipping costs for furniture are determined by the freight logistics company based on the specific requirements, including the item's size, weight, and destination.

A freight/shipping invoice will be sent after purchase, following our Terms and Conditions. Orders for Furniture are held until the shipping invoice is paid in full.

Please ensure outstanding shipping charges are settled within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the item becomes out of stock before payment, we will contact you to arrange fulfilment from our next stock arrival.

Free Shipping is offered for homeware orders over $200, excluding Furniture, Concrete collections, Large/Bulky, and Fragile items such as large Pendants, Floor Pots & Vessels.

A separate shipping invoice will be provided after checkout for Furniture, Concrete Collections, Pendants, Large, Oversized, and Fragile pieces.

Certain items such as Bed linen, Hand & Body products, Concrete Collections, Gift cards, Candles, and Dried/preserved flowers are non-returnable.

Sale/Clearance items are final and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Discounts & Promotions are only valid during the sale promotion period and cannot be combined with other offers.

Furniture purchases are final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Furniture pieces are not eligible for International Shipping.

Furniture pieces may take between 8-12 weeks to be manufactured and dispatched. Please take this into consideration before proceeding with your order.
