At Sun Republic, we craft high-quality, handcrafted furniture and décor designed to last. Each piece is made with premium materials and artisan care.
Our warranty applies to eligible products purchased within Australia and complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Warranty Coverage (Residential Use Only)
Indoor Furniture: 1 Year
Outdoor Furniture: 3 Years structural warranty (framework, welds, synthetic weave)
If a manufacturing or material defect occurs, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion in line with ACL.
Not Covered
- Wear and tear, marks, stains, scratches
- Misuse, accidents, dragging, overloading
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Environmental damage (prolonged sun, moisture, extreme temperatures)
- Commercial or Airbnb use unless agreed
Natural Material Disclaimer
Solid timber, rattan, stone, and concrete expand, contract, and evolve naturally. Minor cracks, colour variation, texture differences, or finish inconsistencies are not faults and are not covered.
Handcrafted Collections
Artisan pieces from Indonesia and Africa (e.g., Desa, Dilly, Malawi Cane) may have natural variations and are not covered by a formal warranty.
Clearance & Sale Items
Sale, floor stock, or seconds are excluded from warranty.
Making a Claim
Email hello@sunrepublic.com.auwith proof of purchase, photos, and a brief description. We will assess and advise on repair, replacement, or refund.
