Do you have a physical store?
We are an online retailer, allowing us to carefully curate collections for customers across Australia. Detailed photography, styling inspiration, and clear dimensions help you shop confidently from home.
Can I request fabric or finish samples?
Yes. For select furniture and soft furnishings, we provide swatches so you can experience the colour and texture before purchasing. Contact our team to request samples.
Can I order items that are out of stock?
Yes. Many pieces are available via pre-order, allowing you to reserve incoming stock before it sells out.

What materials are used in your furniture?
We use premium, durable, and timeless materials including:

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Will my timber furniture look exactly like the photos?
Natural materials such as teak, oak, and reclaimed timber feature subtle variations in tone and texture. These are part of the material’s charm and ensure your piece is one-of-a-kind.
Can I request a custom finish or size?
Yes. Many pieces are made-to-order or pre-order, allowing you to select finishes, materials, or minor size adjustments. Lead times vary.
Does my furniture arrive assembled?
Most pieces arrive fully assembled. If minimal assembly is required, simple instructions are included.
Cushions & Soft Furnishings
Do cushions come with inserts?
Some cushions are covers only. Our luxury cushions include premium feather inserts for comfort and support. Check individual product listings for details.
Ordering, Lead Times & Payment
What are your lead times?
- In-Stock Items: 2–4 business days
- Pre-Order Items: 8–12 weeks
- Made-to-Order Pieces: 20–24 weeks
These estimates are displayed on each product page and may vary during peak periods or due to global freight.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer Bundle & Save packages, as well as a modest trade discount for interior designers, stylists, and industry professionals.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship all products across Australia, including furniture, lighting, and homewares.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping for small homewares and soft furnishings. Furniture and lighting are currently available within Australia only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on homeware orders over $350. Orders under $350 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Why is furniture shipping quoted separately?
Furniture delivery depends on size, weight, access, and destination. We use specialist carriers to ensure large or delicate items are handled safely.
Do you offer White Glove delivery?
Yes. Our premium service includes:
- In-home placement
- Assembly (where required)
- Removal of packaging
Availability depends on location and product.
How long does delivery take?
- NSW, QLD, VIC: 3–5 business days
- SA, TAS: 5–7 business days
- WA, NT: 10–14 business days
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Yes. For large furniture, the freight company contacts you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Can furniture be delivered upstairs or into apartments?
Yes. Please notify us of stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, or tight doorways when ordering to ensure the correct delivery service.
How do I know if furniture will fit in my space?
Measure your room dimensions, doorways, hallways, and lifts before ordering to ensure smooth delivery.
Returns, Warranty & Safety
Can I return items for change of mind?
Most pre-order, made-to-order, and handcrafted furniture is final sale. In-stock homewares may be returned under our Returns Policy.
What does your warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects only. Wear-and-tear, misuse, accidental damage, or natural material variations are not covered.
Are your products safe?
Yes. We use non-toxic finishes, OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, and sustainable fibres safe for families and pets.

How do I care for my furniture to ensure longevity?
Follow simple expert care instructions for all materials: timber, microcement, cane, and upholstery. Guidance includes cleaning, oiling, and protection from extreme sunlight or moisture.
