Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders: Full payment secures your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring purchases meet their requirements.
Furniture Orders: Customers must fully understand furniture order details before purchase. Please ensure all information is reviewed thoroughly, as we do not accept cancellations or refunds for furniture orders.
Shipping: Shipping costs for furniture and oversized items will be calculated separately and provided/invoiced to you after checkout. Free shipping is available for homeware orders over $200, excluding furniture items.
Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided, but delays may occur beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for furniture items, sale/clearance items, or products purchased from our Ex Display section. Non-furniture items may be eligible for returns within a specified timeframe, subject to our discretion.
Damaged Goods: Inspect products upon receipt and report damages within 24 hours for resolution.
Cancellation & Restocking Fee: Customers are responsible for understanding the order process, product details, and policies before purchase. We don't accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind. However, in unforeseen situations, we'll work with you. If we approve a cancellation after order placement, a 20% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty: Warranty periods vary depending on the type of product and are outlined on our Website. Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from misuse, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty coverage begins from the sale date. Please note:
- 1-year warranty for indoor furniture (residential use only)
- 3-year warranty for outdoor furniture (residential use only), excluding outdoor fabrics
- Exclusions: misuse, environmental damage, and natural timber characteristics.
- Not applicable to seconds, floor stock, sale or clearance items.
- Sun Republic provides replacement, repair, or store credit for eligible defects, excluding freight costs.
Product Disclaimer: Our products are handcrafted from natural materials, resulting in unique characteristics such as irregular shapes, colours, and finishes, which we celebrate. Grain and colour variations in timber are natural and do not indicate faults. Raw timbers, like Teak, may release natural oils that could cause staining on contact; Sun Republic is not liable for such damages. Due to the handmade nature of some items, slight differences in size, shape, and finish may occur compared to stated specifications. While we strive for accurate images, variations in colour may arise due to the inherent properties of materials, and the product/s used to treat, seal or coat. Please be aware that products may differ slightly from images on our website or social media platforms due to variations in monitor displays.
