Before placing your order, please ensure you have carefully read the full product description and provided information on our website. We encourage you to contact us with any questions, further support or advice you may require before placing an order.

We value quality and individual craftsmanship over mass production and as a small business, we work largely to a pre-order model on our furniture collections to ensure our footprint is as light as possible when it comes to our manufacturing, warehousing and shipping.

All information is clearly listed on our website for you to view and make informed decisions before proceeding with your purchase/s, however please reach out to us if your require more information before purchase.

It is the customers responsibility before purchasing to have read and understood the order process, product description, product manufacturing fulfilment & delivery timeframes, shipping charges, along with all relevant information about our products and ordering process as stated on our website. 

We do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns for change of mind, forgetting to enter a discount or store credit code or not reading or understanding the product description, time-frames or shipping information as stated on our website.

We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds for orders placed, based on improper review of the store terms and conditions. Please ensure all website listing information is read in full, and care and attention is paid to store policies and purchase summaries, prior and post checkout. 

In the event that Sun Republic uses its discretion to allow a cancellation request, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 

General Information: While we strive to accurately represent our products online, we understand that it can be challenging to fully capture the nuances of natural materials. Images on our website are for visual purposes only, and may not represent exactly the same as the item you receive due to the difference between devices, screens and monitors. 
Most of our products are handcrafted from natural materials which gives each a special uniqueness, look and feel. 
Proceeding with purchase means you acknowledge that some imperfections may be present and there may be variations in colour, material, finish, craftsmanship or slight dimensions between each piece.
All natural products such as Natural teak, timbers, raffia, grasses, hand loomed cottons and hand-crafted weaving will have natural and 'handmade characteristics'. No two pieces are identical, which is what makes hand-crafted and vintage items so special. 
We see this as a mark of the artisan and/or a part of the story, history and nature of each piece. We do not consider this to be a fault and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.
Our products are suitable for domestic use only. All outdoor based products are recommended to be used undercover outdoors and to be stored away when not in use and not left exposed to the elements.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: All Sun Republic items are checked and inspected before being carefully packed and dispatched. Please check goods upon receipt and advise us immediately (within 24 hours) of receiving the faulty or incorrect item by emailing us a photo of the incorrect item and/or the details of the apparent product fault together with photos of packaging and shipping label to
If the item is incorrect or clearly deemed faulty we will cover the shipping cost back to us and a replacement will be sent.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an identical replacement, as all products are unique. If the exact product is sold out and no longer in stock, a credit note will be given. 
To be eligible for return, the incorrect item MUST be returned to us in Original Unused Condition and be in the Original packaging! If the item is NOT returned to us in Original Unused Condition and packaging a replacement, store credit or refund will NOT be processed.
Cancellations: Sun Republic prides itself on our customer service and will do our utmost to work with our customers should you find yourself in a situation where you require to cancel your order for an unforeseen reason, we do appreciate that circumstances change, and are happy to discuss.
If you have sent us a request to cancel your order after the checkout process and we have accepted and approved your cancellation, your order will be cancelled and a store credit note will be processed less a cancellation, restocking and administration fee of 20%. Payment providers and associated online processing costs are not refunded to us, and furniture manufactures and suppliers do not refund us once your order has been placed. 
The restocking fee is to cover charges relating to, but not limited to, third payment merchant fees where their fees and charges are non refundable, any supplier/manufacturing cancellation costs if applicable, re packaging and returning goods to stock, updating website and stock inventory, administration and other related fees charged to us.
In the event we have already paid our supplier or begun manufacturing your ordered item/s, and we are unable to cancel your order with our supplier or manufacturer/Artisan, your order will not be cancelled.
In the event your order has already been dispatched we are unable to redirect parcels once they leave us. Once your parcel arrives to you, to be eligible for return the items/s must be returned in original unused condition and returned to us in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $80, we strongly recommend you use a reputable courier service, have tracking information and purchase shipping insurance. If the package/item/s does not reach us safely and undamaged, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange or store credit.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you if this is the case, we will refund monies paid for the unavailable product or offer you a comparable alternative.
Non-returnable items: Candles, dried/preserved flowers, bed linen, hand & body products, Gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Sale items: Any items purchased on 'Sale/Clearance' or from our 'Ex Display' section are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund.  
Furniture: Furniture purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Large/bulky/oversized items & Furniture definition Including but not limited to -Sofas & lounges, sunbeds, sun lounges, cabanas, wardrobes, beds & bed frames, bedside tables & drawer units, entertainment units, consoles, sideboards, tables, chairs, bench seat and stools, floor mirrors, Oversized pendants, lamps, pots & vessels.  
Store Credit: To redeem your store credit, enter your store credit code in the discount section at checkout prior to completing your order and checking out. This is the only way to redeem your store credit, if you forget to enter your store credit code, your order can not be amended and you will have to use your store credit on a future order. 
Store credit code amounts are strictly redeemable on products only and can not be redeemed on shipping costs.
Shipping for products when using a store credit code will be charged separately.
