Understanding Lead Times Please consider the lead times provided for each product, as most furniture pieces are pre-ordered items with delivery estimates of up to 8-12 weeks. Dispatch time frames are clearly indicated in product listings, and we recommend reaching out to us for clarification if needed.
Shipping Information We offer Australia-wide shipping on all collections, excluding furniture, oversized, and fragile items. Free shipping applies to homeware orders over $200. For furniture and other specified items, a separate shipping invoice will be provided after checkout, unless you've requested a shipping quotation beforehand.
In Stock and Pre-Order Items If your item is in stock, it will be processed for dispatch within our normal time frames. For pre-ordered items, your order will be dispatched once new stock arrives, with lead times specified in the product description.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location, and shipping delays may occur beyond our control. We strive to provide accurate estimates but recommend placing your order promptly to avoid delays.
Final Sale Policy Please note that furniture purchases are final and not eligible for cancellation or refund. This includes pre-ordered and made-to-order items.
Custom-Made Definition Items made-to-order are custom-made for you, and we do not hold stock of these items.
