Furniture Shipping & Delivery Information

Many of our furniture pieces are large, handcrafted items and are not flat packed, which means they require specialised freight transport.

Because of this, furniture shipping is not included in the product price or calculated at checkout. Shipping is calculated separately based on:

• Size and weight of the item
• Delivery location
• Freight carrier rates

Furniture Delivery Options

Standard Door-to-Door Delivery
Delivered to the entrance of your home. Some large items may arrive on a pallet.

Premium White Glove Delivery
Includes in-home placement, assembly and removal of packaging for a seamless delivery experience.

How Shipping Works

1. Purchase your furniture item online.
2. Our freight partner calculates the delivery cost.
3. We send you a separate shipping invoice.
4. Once shipping is paid, your order is dispatched.
   

If you would like to know the delivery cost beforehand, we are happy to provide a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Please Note

• Furniture orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Shipping costs are set by freight carriers — Sun Republic does not profit from shipping.

Furniture items are not available for international shipping.

• In-Stock: Ready to dispatch in 2–4 business days.
  
• Pre-Order: Reserve soon-to-arrive pieces; dispatch in 8–12 weeks.
  
• Made-to-Order: Custom-crafted just for you; dispatch in 20–24 weeks.
  

Most furniture is made-to-order to reduce waste and support small-batch artisans. All pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.

• Always follow the instructions and use recommended wall anchors for peace of mind.

In accordance with the Consumer Goods (Toppling Furniture) Information Standard 2024, we provide safety warnings and anchoring information for applicable products.

Important:
Unsecured furniture may pose a risk of serious injury or death, especially to children. Please follow all safety guidelines and use wall-anchoring kits where recommended.
