At Sun Republic, we prioritize quality and ethical craftsmanship over mass production. Our furniture is created in
partnership with local and international artisans, ensuring each piece
is unique and timeless.

To reduce environmental impact, most of our furniture is made-to-order, minimizing excess stock and waste. We
operate mainly on a pre-order model with a production and delivery
timeframe of 12-16 weeks. While we maintain limited stock levels on
select items, pre-orders allow us to offer custom-made pieces crafted
with care.

Furniture & Concrete Furniture Shipping

At Sun Republic, we strive to make furniture delivery smooth and hassle-free. Furniture and oversized items require specialized handling. Shipping costs are calculated separately from product prices to ensure you receive the most competitive rates.

How It Works:

✔ We offer nationwide shipping on all collections.

✔ For 'All furniture, pendants/lighting, Baths & basins, a separate shipping invoice will be sent after checkout.

✔ We compare multiple carriers to provide the most competitive rates based on your location.

✔ We offer Standard Delivery - to your front door, White Glove Delivery -includes in-home placement, installation, and rubbish removal for a seamless experience, and on some items we can offer depo collection delivery - we deliver to a depo near you and you collect.

Concrete Furniture Delivery

Our concrete furniture pieces require special handling and crating to ensure their safety during transport. To protect these heavy and delicate pieces:

✔ Concrete items are delivered in wooden crates for maximum protection.

✔ Delivery is to your front door/entrance only—we cannot deliver upstairs, through lifts, or beyond ground-floor access.

✔ Due to the weight and size of these items, we recommend arranging 4–6 people to assist with lifting, carrying, and setting up your piece in its final location.

Shipping Costs Are Determined By:

✔ Distance and location

✔ Item size and weight

✔ Delivery method (Standard, White Glove and Depo)

✔ Carrier rates (while we don’t control carrier pricing, we work to secure the best possible rates for you)

Direct Payment to Carriers

✔ Shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are not included in the product price.

✔ Shipping fees and freight costs cover the logistics of safely transporting your order from our warehouse to your location.

Delivery & Lead Times

✔ All standard freight deliveries are to your door—some may arrive on a pallet, so assistance may be needed for larger pieces.

✔ Pre-ordered furniture may take up to 16 weeks for production and delivery.

✔ Free shipping on homeware orders over $350 within Australia (Excludes furniture, concrete collections, and large bulky items such as oversized pendants and floor pots).
