    • Competitive Rates – Shipping for furniture & oversized items is invoiced separately after checkout to secure the best rate for your location.
    • Tailored Freight Solutions – We partner with trusted carriers to ensure the most cost-effective and reliable delivery based on size, weight, and destination.

    Delivery Options: Standard vs. White Glove Service

    We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

    Standard Delivery (Curbside Service)

    • Your furniture will be delivered to your front door only (ground level).
    • If you have stairs, lifts, or restricted access, an additional fee may apply.
    • Items may be delivered on a pallet for added protection.
    • Ensure your items fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts, or corridors before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if an item does not fit.

    White Glove Delivery (Premium Service)

    For a seamless experience, our White Glove Delivery Service includes:
    Delivery into your home 
    Unpacking & assembly of your furniture
    Placement & installation of you item/s
    Rubbish removal for packaging materials

    Australia-Wide Delivery & Sustainable Craftsmanship

    We proudly offer nationwide delivery across all furniture collections. Our handcrafted pieces are produced in small batches, supporting ethical sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

    • Lead Times – Pre-order furniture takes up to 12 weeks; custom-made pieces may take up to 16 weeks.

    Shipping Costs & Delivery Details

    Shipping fees are separate from product prices and are paid directly to third-party carriers. These fees are non-refundable once paid.

    Furniture & Oversized Items

    Shipping costs for all furniture, large décor, and oversized bulky items are quoted separately after checkout, based on:

    • Item size & weight
    • Delivery location
    • Best available freight options

    A separate shipping invoice will be provided unless quoted before purchase.

    Concrete Furniture

    Concrete furniture is delivered in protective wooden crates to the front door only. Please arrange tools and assistance for uncrating and moving the item upon delivery.

    International Shipping

    We do not ship furniture internationally, but smaller homeware items can be shipped abroad. Contact us for a quote.
