- Orders over $350: Free Australia-wide delivery.
- Orders under $350: Flat-rate shipping fee applied at checkout.
Exceptions
Some larger homewares, including floor pots, lighting, and oversized décor items, require specialized handling and may need a custom freight quote.
We’ll always confirm these costs before dispatch to ensure full transparency.
Dispatch Timeframes
In-Stock Homewares: All in-stock homewares are carefully picked, inspected, and packed within 2–4 business days.
In-Stock Furniture: All in-stock furniture pieces are picked, inspected, and prepared for dispatch within 5–7 business days.
Peak Periods: During busy times such as sales or holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for dispatch.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items: Estimated production and delivery time-frame is 16–20 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
