Orders under $350 attract a small flat-rate fee calculated at checkout.

Please note: some oversized homeware pieces — such as lighting, floor pots, and large décor items, require specialized freight handling and may need a custom shipping quote. We’ll always confirm these costs before dispatch to ensure full transparency.

Furniture & Oversized Item Shipping
Furniture, lighting, and oversized pieces require specialized delivery and handling.
For this reason, shipping is calculated and invoiced separately after checkout (unless quoted prior).
This allows us to compare multiple freight partners and secure the most competitive rate for your location and item type.
We offer two professional delivery options:
1. Standard Delivery – To your front door or ground level.
2. White Glove Delivery – Premium service including in-home placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

Why Is Shipping Invoiced Separately?
Our goal is complete transparency.
Because every item differs in size, weight, and destination, it isn’t possible to apply a one-size-fits-all rate at checkout.
All freight charges are paid directly to our trusted delivery partners, and we do not profit from shipping, you pay exactly what we’re charged.
This ensures your items are transported safely, efficiently, and at the fairest possible price.
Dispatch Timeframes
Homewares: All in-stock homewares are carefully picked, inspected, and packed within 2–4 business days.
Furniture: All in-stock furniture pieces are picked, inspected, and prepared for dispatch within 5–7 business days.
Peak Periods: During busy times such as sales or holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for dispatch.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items: Estimated production and delivery time-frame is 16–20 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
