Pre-Purchase Assistance

We encourage customers to reach out with any questions before ordering. Whether you need information on availability, lead times, shipping, or custom options, our team is here to assist.

Understanding Lead Times

Before placing a pre-order or custom made piece, please review and understand the estimated time-frames:

  • Pre-ordered furniture – Estimated delivery up to 10-12 weeks
  • Custom-made pieces – Estimated lead time 16-18 weeks
  • Lead times are indicated in product listings. If you need clarification, feel free to ask.

Shipping Information

  • Australia-wide shipping is available on all collections (excluding furniture, oversized, and fragile items).
  • Free shipping applies to homewares over $250 (excluding furniture & bulky items).
  • Furniture & oversized items require a separate shipping invoice after checkout, unless quoted beforehand.

In-Stock vs. Pre-Order Items

  • In-stock items – Dispatched within standard time-frames. (1-3 Business days)
  • Pre-ordered items – Dispatched once stock arrives, following the estimated lead time in the product description.

Delivery Times

  • Vary based on location and freight carrier availability.
  • Unexpected shipping delays may occur, which are beyond our control.
  • We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.

Final Sale Policy

All pre-orders and custom made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Definitions:

  • Pre-Order Items – Products not in direct stock but arriving soon.
  • Made-to-Order Items – Custom-made to order specifically for you, with an estimated lead time of up to 16 weeks.
  • Furniture – Includes but is not limited to lamps, pendants & lighting, tables, chairs, stools, bench seat, poufs & ottomans, bedheads, bed frames, cabinets, wardrobes, consoles, sideboards, entertainment units, sun lounges, cabanas, and sofas.
