At Sun Republic, we aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please note that shipping fees are calculated separately from product prices and are paid directly to third-party carriers. These fees are non-refundable once paid to the shipping provider.

Enjoy free shipping on homeware orders over $300 within Australia!
(Excludes furniture, framed art, concrete pieces, oversized lighting, and large bulky items.)


Flat Rate Shipping for Homewares

For smaller homeware items that can be sent via standard satchels or cartons (excluding furniture and bulky/oversized items), we offer flat rate shipping. We simply pass on the rate we pay:

$15.99 - Standard Domestic Metro Flat Rate Shipping Medium Satchel/Carton

$18.99 - Standard Domestic Metro Flat Rate Shipping Large Satchel/Carton

Additional Charges

These rates apply to standard metro deliveries. Additional surcharges and extended delivery times may apply for remote, regional, or rural areas, as calculated by the carrier.


Furniture & Oversized Items

For furniture and oversized items, shipping is invoiced separately after checkout based on your location. For a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Shipping costs for all furniture, large décor, and oversized bulky items are quoted separately after checkout, based on:

  • Item size & weight
  • Delivery location
  • Best available freight options

You will receive a separate shipping invoice once your order is placed, unless quoted prior to purchase.

Delivery & Access

  • Furniture deliveries are to your doorstep only. Assistance may be required for large/heavy items.
  • Some items may arrive on a pallet—please plan accordingly.
  • Ensure your items fit through doorways, stairs, lifts, or corridors before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if an item does not fit.

Concrete Furniture

Concrete furniture is delivered in protective wooden crates to your front door. Please have tools and help ready for uncrating and moving the item.


International Shipping

We do not ship furniture internationally, but smaller homeware items can be shipped abroad. Contact us for a quote.


Understanding Shipping Charges

At Sun Republic, we believe in transparency, especially when it comes to shipping costs.

Please note that shipping charges are not included in the product’s purchase price. All shipping fees are paid directly to the third-party courier or freight carrier responsible for delivering your order. These charges are set by the carrier, not by us, and are based on factors such as the size, weight, destination, and delivery method of your items.

We want to be clear—we do not make any profit on shipping. The amount you are charged is exactly what we are charged. Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently, not to increase costs unnecessarily.

Once shipping costs are paid to the carrier, they are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or cancellation. These fees cover the logistics and handling involved in transporting your order and, once used, cannot be reclaimed by Sun Republic.

We’re committed to securing the most competitive and fair rates available through our trusted delivery partners, and we’re always here if you’d like a shipping estimate before placing your order.


Dispatch & Tracking

  • Homewares & décor: Dispatched in 1-3 business days with a tracking number.
  • Furniture: Dispatched via specialist freight carriers (no tracking available). The courier will contact you before delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Areas: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Rural & Regional Areas: 9-15 business days after dispatch
  • Peak Periods: Allow an extra 4-5 business days for processing

For pre-ordered furniture, lead times are 10-12 weeks. If ordering both in-stock and pre-ordered items, they may ship together. Additional fees apply for split deliveries.


Transit Damages & Reporting

We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs during transit:

  1. Inspect your package upon delivery.
  2. Report any visible damage to the courier immediately.
  3. Contact us at hello@sunrepublic.com.au within 24 hours with photos and details.

Delivery insurance covers damages reported within this time-frame only.
